Isaac Boots workout

The first thing I did this morning was put on a Lulu Lemon workout set (I've been wearing my crappy ones in the Q) with every intention to workout, but then Bluebelle started crying, Aspen woke up demanding Frosted Flakes, and long story short we ended up at Target (again) by 8AM with a family size Frosted Flakes and a new harness for Bluebelle.


By the time we got home It was 9ish and I was starving. I skipped my morning workout and ate breakfast. Usually if I don't work out in the morning, the day is written off - but I didn't put skin tight Lulu's on for nothing. I decided to get Torch'd with Isaac Boots on IG, along with 1900 other people that went live at 11am. Within 9 minutes I was sweating and understood the hype. His upbeat energy was contagious. He also played some great classics (Madonna, Janet Jackson etc). I was completely into it.


Breakfast 920 am

  • 1/2 cup All Bran cereal with 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 3/4 cup blueberries

  • 1 Fage Yogurt

Lunch 2pm

  • Italian pasta salad made with: Zoodles, iceberg, arugula, tomatoes, carrots, and tuna. Topped with 3 TBSP FF Italian dressing and 1 tbsp parmesan.

  • Burnt green beans and cauliflower

  • Seaweed

Snack 4pm

  • F-Factor smoothie (made with 1 tbsp SF Hershey syrup)


Dinner 6pm

  • Cauliflower rice bowl with cucumber, asparagus and grilled shrimp (dressed with 1tbsp balsamic/1 tbsp soy)

  • Crepini egg thins with 1/2 tbsp Choczero syrup
